Composite Roller Lifters
Our patent-pending composite tie bar roller lifters are 30% lighter than incumbent steel lifters, while being engineered to perform better than the best lifters on the market. They can save up to 800 grams in the valvetrain!
Using composite parts in the valvetrain will allow you to reduce your spring pressure, take more stress off your parts and reduce deflection. You will have more accurate valve timing with far less valve float, and the composite material will eliminate the harmonic valve bounce that many engines experience. By switching to our composite lifters, you will see an increase the performance, consistency, and durability of your valvetrain.
With safety, consistency, and performance in mind, we have eliminated the use of needle bearings, which fatigue faster, fail under far lesser loads, and send needle shrapnel into your engine, damaging other parts. Our wheels run directly on the axles with an ultra-smooth surface finish, and our cutout wheels are optimized for strength while reducing weight.
Why Composite Parts?
Our composite parts are significantly lighter than traditional steel, titanium, and aluminum parts. Switching to lighter parts will increase your motor response time and acceleration. Lighter parts also carry less momentum, meaning they will put less stress on other parts and increase safety for your driver and engine.
Composites have a different resonance frequency than steel and aluminum which, eliminates the harmful harmonic effects that accumulate in an all-metal engine. Your other engine parts will also benefit by experiencing less stress and fatigue, making composite parts a long-term and cost-effective investment.
The properties of composites can be optimized for different situations by varying fiber types, fiber architectures, resin systems, and manufacturing processes. Through years of rigorous research and development, we have engineered each of our parts to leverage the benefits of specific treatments and formulas. Because of this, our parts are just as strong or stronger than incumbent parts while being a fraction of the weight.
These factors translate to a significant increase in the performance, longevity, and safety of your engine. As the leader in advanced structural composites, we are revolutionizing the automotive industry.
